User Data Deletion (GDPR – Article 17)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data (“Right to be Forgotten”).

• Profile information

• Usage data linked to your account

• Any other personal data we process about you

How to Request Deletion

3. Clearly state that you wish to exercise your right to erasure under Article 17 GDPR

We may request additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.

Processing Time

We will respond to your request within one month, as required by Article 12(3) of the GDPR.

Important Information

Please note that we may retain certain data if:

• Retention is required by law (e.g., tax or accounting obligations)

• The data is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims

• We have an overriding legitimate interest permitted under GDPR

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
